The position will be responsible to ensure quality standards of project implementation as per national policy and standard guidelines. The employee will support the project to closely monitor the activities and ensure quality standards in the Rural Health Improvement Project (RHIP), Baglung and will serve as the primary contact for Monitoring, documentation and quality improvement in the project. S/he will be specifically responsible for monitoring of field activities, quality assurance using data, and produce reports, relevant documentation and dissemination at various levels. The monitoring ensures activity’s timeliness, accomplishment and the quality as per the work plan, and documentation ensures timely and quality progress reporting, documenting of field findings, results achieved and family’s best practices in the project area. He will work closely with the implementing partner to ensure proper tracking of the project activities and establish coordination with Municipalities, District Line Agencies (DLAs), and relevant stakeholders. H/she will be based in Project Office with extensive travel to working Palikas/communities. H/she will report to the Project Manager and will have technical link with the Country Coordinator or the person designated.
Qualifications:
At least Bachelor’s degree in Public health, nursing from reputed institutions with a proven track record of 5 years (3 years’ experience in case of MPH) of related work experience in Community health program focusing on Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH), WASH, and Neglected Tropical Diseases(NTD).
