Job Description

Responsibilities

To be Involve in sales and marketing.
Obtain the knowledge of the steel items.
Be in contact with the head office staff at all times to follow up the sales status and update the market situation on a regular basis.
Evaluates sales targets of team, execution plan and accomplishments towards planning results.
Responsible for the performance and development.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets

Requirement

Pleasant personality, strong presentation skills, excellent managerial skills (planning & budgeting, organizing, controlling, etc.) decision making & problem solving.
Experience : Minimum 2 years (Prior experience in steel /cement industry preferred)
Target Industry: Steel Industry
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Management
Exposure to steel industry will be an added advantage
