Strengthening the brand Ferro Steels in Kathmandu

Territory mapping and market segmentation to identify new customer groups

Implementing competitive strategies to enhance business

Evaluating and improving product via Research surveys and customer feedback
-
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

Building relations with the trade partners and new customer base
-
Monitor primary sales; help area trade partners maximize target achievement

Ensure 100% collection against sales as per terms of payment

Frame regular visit plan to the customer database

Check on the competitors activities
