Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customercompanies.
Create new campaign ideas for the client’s business promotion through digital media.
Research for opportunities for further sales within key clients and drive sales.
Attending meetings with clients to resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
Working closely with all departments and clients to develop a positive customer relationshipjourney with the organization, ensuring maximum profitability.
Monitor and optimize work process to ensure smooth flow of operations and maximumefficiency at work.
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Planning and delivering strategies across the company encouraging customer retention andcustomer loyalty.
Updating the company database and ensuring team is aware of changes within clients.
Regular reporting of all the activities.
Skills and Qualification
Previous experience in working in an Advertising or Digital Marketing company in similarposition
Creative, Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree
OFFICE TIME
Full time : 10 TO 6 (8 HOURS)
Should be willing to work in flexible hours as per the work demand.
Inclusive of Lunch Break of 45 minutes
Employment Duration
3 months’ probation period
1 year’s contract after probation period.
Salary
Starting from NPR 15,000/-
Also, eligible for Target Based Commission once appointed as a permanent employee.
