Office Assistant

Job Description

Duties:

• Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information as needed.
• Assist in maintaining office equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshoot failures, call for repairs and monitor equipment operation.
• Assist receptionist during lunch or any other breaks or absences and provide support to front desk operations in office.
• Recording information as needed.
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Performing general office duties.
• Client visit and training for official purpose.
• Content update in website.
• Handle multiple projects
• Assist in planning company events, meetings and employee team building activities or special projects

Skills & Qualification Requirements

• High School
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Good knowledge of IT.
• Good knowledge of OS installing and networking.
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Fresher can apply [Experienced preferred]
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Should bring their own laptop at work
• Should bring their own vehicle at work

OFFICE TIME

• Full time : 9:30 TO 5:30 (8 HOURS)
• Should be willing to work in flexible hours as per the work demand.
• Inclusive of Lunch Break of 45 minutes

Employment Duration

• 3 months’ probation period
• 1 year’s contract from the date of appointment.
