· follow up customer calls where necessary and complete call logs
· Respond to questions, identify and overcome objections, obtain customer information and take the customer through the sales process.
· Communicate with the private individuals or businesses by phone for various purposes.
· Describe products and services to the customers for responding to questions, and obtaining the information.
· Take proper care that the outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend people enrolled in do-not-call lists.
· Respond appropriately to customer objections and questions;
· Maintain a high level of service with customers and meet performance targets;

Lunch/Dinner will be provided. • Travel allowance will be provided every month. • All the Trainee Sales Executive will be provided with one week long training on product knowledge during which complete dedication and enthusiasm towards learning about the product and process is expected from them.
