- Greet and welcome guests
- Greet guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Direct visitors/guests to the appropriate person and office
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain Office inventory
- Assisting guests in finding their way around the office.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Completed intermediate level
Pleasing personality with effective communication skill
A strong command over oral and written English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
Good typing skill in Both Devanagari and English
Good command in Microsoft Word, MS Excel
