Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receiving the incoming calls and transferring them on to the respective department and persons.
2. Providing information to callers, greet employees, visitor and clients entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
3. Coordinating with Management and other team members for necessary information.
4. Represent the company in professional manner at all times.
5. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
6. Perform other related duties as required.

 

Basic requirements:

1.  Bachelor Degree in management Preferable/ Intermediate with at least one year of experience in the similar field.
2. Knowledge of MS office package and internet.
3. Excellent writing and communication skills both in English & Nepali Languages.
4. Polite and pleasing personality with positive attitude.
5. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
6. Good Telephonic Manner.
7. Great attention to detail and stress tolerance.
