QA/QC Manager Senior Level

Job Description

Quality Control Manager shall be responsible to ensure the quality of the construction works at site is consistent with the company policy, specifications, and standard industry practice. S/he shall be responsible for the review of QA/QC assurance plan submitted by the Sub-Contractor, Prepare QA/QC management plan, Implement the agreed QA/QC monitoring plan at site, Conduct/Supervise routine tests at site laboratory, or third-party laboratories. QC Manager shall monitor the quality of construction materials, construction methodology in accordance with the specifications. QC Manager should have knowledge of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.

Job Specification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of work experience as QA/QC Engineer in a Tunnel, Dam
• Thorough knowledge of Hydropower construction activities and quality requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to work and reside at site
• Strong report writing skills
• Professional proficiency in the English Language
