Human Resource Officer shall be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the human resource activities. In addition to this his/her role involves being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Handling performance evaluation management of employee, planning for future hiring procedures, salary calculation, leave management and etc shall be the major role of Human Resource Officer.
