Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree preferred) with 3-4 years of experience in related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of the life insurance products.
Proven record of achieving the business target.
Set, monitor and meet personal & group business target.
Ability to communicate well, motivate and guide the team members.
Confident in training agents and corporate organizations.
