Role overview
Job Purpose: To lead, coordinate and facilitate for training and recruitment of national action learner, national team leader, delivery of the induction/training ICS volunteers and Team Leaders. Support Programme Manager (Youth) and Programme Specialist for effective and efficient delivery of action at home activities, alumni engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria (must have to be able to carry out the role successfully)
Knowledge/qualifications:
- At least bachelor degree education in management, social science or any other relevant areas
- Knowledge of, and interest in, national and international development issues.
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication in English.
Experience:
- Experience of training for youths
- Experience in mass recruitment
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences in working with young people from Nepal and abraod
Skills/Abilities:
- Organizing and delivering training in a cross-cultural environment.
- Very strong organizational and administration skills.
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Working cross-culturally and able to communicate to a range of audiences and promote sharing and learning between cultures
Desirable Criteria: (skills that could be an advantage in the role)
Experience:
- Experience of managing budgets and undertaking (or understanding) accounting procedures.
- Experience in managing monitoring and evaluation processes.
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to facilitate learning with groups of young people in a non-formal environment
- Experience managing youth volunteers or youth action activities
