3 Angels Nepal is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating human trafficking and supporting survivors of exploitation. We work towards creating a world where every individual is safe, empowered, and free from exploitation. Our projects focus on prevention, rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration of victims, as well as raising awareness and advocating for stronger anti-trafficking measures.
Position
We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of Captivating Village Projects based in Makwanpur district. The ideal candidate should be passionate about girls education, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with multistakholder at community level.
Education:
Bachelor degree preferably in Social Sciences, International Relations, Political Science, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Willing to learn about gender equality, reproductive rights, and community development.
Coordination and liaison with community leaders and local governments.
Ability to organise awareness campaigns, advocacy programs, and events on girls education.
Willingness to work in rural villages in Makwanpur district with underprivileged communities.
Preparing reports and communicating with superiors.

Preference will be given to local candidates with at least one year of experience in the field of community development.
