3 Angels Nepal is a national-level NGO established with a vision of eliminating trafficking through prevention, rescue, and rehabilitation. Its field offices are based in Kathmandu, Makwanpur, Bhairawaha, Nepalgunj, Dhangadi, and Kanchhanpur.
Field Coordinator
3AN requires a qualified field coordinator to lead its new project that focuses on improving the education among Chepang girls in the Makwanpur district. Position - Field Coordinator (1)
Qualifications:
1. Sociology, public health, or any social science graduate (essential)
2. Diploma in psychosocial counseling ( preferred)
3. Two-wheelers license (preferred)
Requirements:
Understanding of women’s rights, reproductive rights, and gender equality and program formulation, implementation, and monitoring.
Well aware of gender equality and human rights, preferably including knowledge of gender-based violence, gender-biased sex selection, and/or child marriage.
Coordination and liaison with community leaders and government counterparts.
Ability to organise awareness campaigns, advocacy programs, and events.
Willingness to work in rural villages of Makwanpur district with underprivileged communities such as Chepang.
Reporting to the program director.
