Namlo Nepal (NN) is a nonprofit national level NGO working in Education, Empowerment and development sector in rural areas of Nepal.
Namlo Nepal (NN) is hiring following personal to support the ongoing project in Sindhupalchok and Tanahu district.
Project Coordinator I :
No. of vacancies: 1
Required qualification: Master Degree in Rural Development/ Sociology or any related field
Experience: Minimum three year experience in relevant field.
Duty Station: Tanahu
ROLE PURPOSE: Project Coordinator will be responsible for implementation of Namlo's projects in the district. This position is also responsible for capacity building of community groups and cooperative members. The position supports in audit, renewable of organization and any other similar tasks in the district.
Reports to: Program Manager
Key areas of Accountability:
o Represent Namlo in local communities, to local government and NGO representatives.
o Responsible to implementing Namlo’s programs in district.
o Review and evaluate local in-community resources, economics and educational systems.
o Communicate with local in-county officials to improve Namlo’s short-term and long-term school construction, school improvement, scholarship, sister school and community development programs.
o Communicate with local in-country business and government leaders to develop Namlo as necessary, to develop a realistic and sustainable development plan for each community.
o Implement and provide assistance to community members for community development.
o Assist in securing funding, identifying partnership and funding opportunities for Namlo.
o Willing to stay in field area.

2. Project Coordinator II:
No. of vacancies: 1
Duty Station: 70% field and 30 % NN Office, Kathmandu
Required qualification: Bachelor in Business Studies/ Business Administration or any related field (Marketing Specialization preferred).
Experience: Minimum three year experience in relevant field.
ROLE PURPOSE: Project Coordinator will be responsible to develop business plan for community groups/ programs. The position holder will be responsible for market analysis, product development etc.
Reports to: Program Manager
Key areas of Accountability:
o Responsible to develop business plan for community groups/ programs.
o Market analysis.
o Able to create successful business. i.e. Agriculture, textile.
o Represent Namlo in local communities, to local government and NGO representatives.
o Responsible to implementing Namlo’s programs in district.
o Review and evaluate local in-community resources, economics and educational systems.
o Communicate with local in-county officials to improve Namlo’s short-term and long-term school construction, school improvement, scholarship, sister school and community development programs.
