JOB SUMMARY
The Program Officer will mainly involve documentation in awareness and advocacy. Assist to Team Leader in the implementation of the project 'Promotion and Protection of Human Rights of Person with Mental Health Problem through Self Advocacy.' The major duties, responsibilities and essential qualities of this post are mentioned below.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Strengthen result based management in the project and overall in the KOSHISH.

Assist in program implementation and documentation i.e. drafting concept note, proposals, and event reports.

Draft and finalize project case stories and human interest stories (HIS)in coordination with respective team.

Scriptwriting, captioning and write narration required for short videos for the organization.

Assist to develop and update organization profile of the program.

To facilitate in strategic planning of awareness and advocacy program including organization strategy.

Compile evidence to publish book, booklet, brochure as required for the program and organization.

Prepare tracking sheet of all activities, prepare minute of the meeting and follow up all activities of advocacy and awareness

Develop contents for the monthly and quarterly newsletter.

Develop contents for promotional activities i.e. social medias (facebook, twitter) and official website.

Support self-advocates to write down articles on electronic and other print medias

Data entry of the project activities as per need for the preparation of the report

Help to conduct research as per need of the project activities

Conduct other essential activities related to project

Compile all the events in the monthly and quarterly basis for annual report
Requirements:

Master's Degree in Development Studies or Social Science.

At least 3 years experience in project planning and implementation.

Good professional skill in written and spoken English.
-
Empathetic towards the issue of mental health and disability.
