Job Description

Basic Function : 

The Program Director will assume responsibility for the overall management of program division. Should have capacity on strategic planning, leaderships, planning and management of diverse program and coordination with all branch office and project of FPAN. S/he will also guide partnership strengthening between FPAN and the government counterparts, stakeholders and donors. S/he will represent the project at the national & international levels.

Minimum Requirement : 

The candidate should have Post- Graduate Degree in public health, social sciences, education, medicine or management or any other subjects or equivalent standard of education with at least 8 years of successful experience in s senior level positions. Candidate should have health related programme/project management, managing professional and financial resources on a similar scale preferred. Candidate with work experience on national family planning programme will be an advantage.
