Karuna Foundation Nepal (KFN) is a Non-Governmental Organization which aims to prevent avoidable disabilities among children and improve quality of lives of children and adults with disabilities. KFN currently works in Ilam, Sunsari and Rasuwa where different programs are being implemented.
KFN has been implementing Inspire2Care program. This is a disability inclusive community development model developed by KFN. Its goal is to contribute towards reduction of avoidable disabilities and development of disability inclusive society. This program aims to increase utilization of MNCH services, improve quality of life of children and adults with disabilities and strengthen health and education system.

The Officer-CBR will ensure effective implementation of CBR program of Karuna Foundation Nepal (KFN) in the program municipalities/rural municipalities in close coordination and collaboration with government entities, other stake holders and entire team
