Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in relevant subjects such as Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Economics or Management.
  • Engineering (automobile/mechanical engineering) preferred for Claim.
  • Prior experience of minimum 4 years in the insurance/financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the policy coverage, processes and tariff for Underwriting.
  • Good understanding of the claims procedure, operation and settlement for Claim.
  • Ability to deal with legal and other technical matters for Claim.
  • Well-informed and updated in prevailing market trends and situations.
  • Ability to achieve the business target and enter into different market segments.
  • Must be client-oriented with strong communication and persuading skills.
  • Must be organized, structured and effective in resolving claims settlement and grievances handling.
