Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in relevant subjects such as Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Economics or Management.
  • Prior experience of minimum 5 years in insurance industry.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the products along with wide business network.
  • Proficient in developing marketing plans and business development strategies.
  • Ability to penetrate and generate new market.
  • Should have strong leadership personality with communication ability to motivate, guide and direct the team members.
  • Must be well-familiar with directives of the regulatory body.

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

Knowledge of insurance Law, Provision of Tariffs, Directives of Insurance Board, Prior experience in General Insurance Industry, Fluent in English & Nepali typing.
