DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries and couriers.
Serve visitors by greetings, welcome, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Perform duties such as Collecting payments, Bank deposits, filing of documents physically and electronically, photocopying, ordering stationery etc.
Any other duties as assigned by officers.
Good computer skills, MS Office.
Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure.
