Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Having at least Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent IT Degree from recognized university with minimum of second division marks
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the banking or financial sector in a relevant IT role
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and related system software.
  • Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/HCI) and storage solutions.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system security and integrity.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Active Directory and Email Server Management and Operation
  • Experience of DevOPs environment and candidates with at least one certification on Windows / Linux, DevOps and Information Security will be preferred
  • Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and wireless networks across head office and branches.
  • Ensure network uptime, connectivity, and redundancy to support 24/7 banking operations.
  • Assist in network capacity planning, optimization, and documentation.
  • Manage and configure switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers across the data center, DR sites and branches
  • Age should not exceed 40 years for Junior Officer and should not exceed 30 years for upto Supervisor level on the last date of application.
