Having Master's Degree in HR or equivalent subject from recognized University along with exposure of HR in organized sector with at least 5 years of working experience.
Head HR should be skillful in HR planning, directing, coordinating and all HR related activities. Having the ability to drive the team and handle staff issues to conclusive end and should have hands on experience in formulating human resources strategies aligning with the goals of the bank. He/she shall possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal and ethical conduct skills. The candidate should be well versed in all relevant laws & regulation of the country and should possess fair insight in modern relevant HR practices.
Corporate position will be offered commensurate with the skills, relevant experience & exposure of candidates.
