1. Track and mobilize sales officers in their respective area.
2. Assign sales target per month to sales officers.
3. Compare individual target per month/quarter/annual vs achievement.
4. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual report to higher management on the basis of customer exploration and follow up planning
7. Prepare monthly/quarterly/half yearly or annual promotion plan, implement them and analyze their outcome for future execution and be creative while defining such engagement programs.
8. Make and assist to implement different activities in view of making persistent engagement with potential clients of different application.
9. Prepare annual/monthly tour plan for exploration of the market and assisting for same to respective sales officers.
10. Suggest and implement employee motivation planning & processes.
11. Keep sharp focus and be attentive towards timely recovery of dues/outstanding.
12. Perform sales officer’s appraisal on specified basis and processes defined by HR policy.
13. Analyze report of sales officers on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
14. Prepare JD of respective sales officers to supervise them accordingly.
