Job Summary:
This is a position directly reporting to the Head Merchant Banking, an ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision of the merchant banking activities and for the execution of plans, policies and strategies approved by the Board and Chief Executive Officer to ensure that the departmental goal and objectives are met.
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Finance or Business or equivalent.
At least 3 years work experience in relevant field of post qualification. Candidates having experience as a head/in charge Merchant Banking shall be preferred.
Candidates should have:
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Age not exceeding 30 years.
Knowledge of regulatory and statutory related regulations
