Job Summary:
The purpose of the job is to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services. The role of a marketing executive is to oversee and develop marketing campaigns, conduct research, analyze data to identify customers.
Minimum Qualification Required:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management or Equivalent.
Experience of at least 2 years in Capital Market or Banking Industry in case of Supervisor and at least 1 year for Assistant level. ln case of other sectors, at least 3 years of experience.
Candidate should have:
Ability to conduct market study and research to identify new market opportunities.
Lead generation and convert it to clients.
Come up with profitable marketing strategy.
Carry out promotional activities as per company strategy.
Database management of the customers
Monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction.
Interact with the clients in order to make sure that customer need is fulfilled adequately.
Deal with customer’s complaints and desired improved services.
Develop a marketing strategy to maximize revenues by introducing new products and promotional activities.
Age not exceeding 30 years
Knowledge of related regulatory and statutory related regulations.
