Our fast-growing IT company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing strategies and campaigns. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive business growth and enhance our brand recognition in the US and European market.
This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that marketing materials accurately represent our products.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners, including attending conferences and networking events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business development and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,Information Technology or any related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the technology industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with the US/European market and culture.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools would be a plus.
