Management of Pay roll, Assets and Inventories
Liaison with tax department, Banks, LC management & all types of loan management
Dealing with Government entities
Maintain Accounting Control by preparing and recommending policies and procedure
Maintain legal & statutory compliances of company
Perform other duties as assigned
Report Supervisor regularly
Job Specification
MBA/MBS/ACCA/Chartered Accountant
Minimum 10 years of experience in Hydropower sector or 15 years in other sector
Cost optimization techniques
Analysis of construction costs and its budgeting under appropriate heading
Proper knowledge of Hydropower construction contracts and Interim payment certification process.

It is currently developing 45 MW Kasuwa Khola Hydropower project in Sankhuwasabha District and owns its electricity generation license. The project is located in Makalu Gaupalika, of Sankhuwasabha District. Its registered office is located at Tripureshwor -11, Bluestar Complex, Kathmandu, Nepal. CEDB Hydro Fund Limited (CHF) holds sole ownership in the company.
