JOB Position: Manager- Sales Job Responsibilities
Develop Sales strategy and action plans
Design and implement effective sales plan
Hit sales targets and achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team.
Undertake training need assessment of BFIs from time to time
Generate new business via sales promotions and out-marketing calls
Banking curriculum development
Study market demand and develop new sales initiatives.
Training management through proper coordination and implementation of training programs
Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
Achieve allocated business targets
Overall Sales Administration
Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required:
Proven experience in Selling Training Programs
Experience in planning and maintaining sales strategies
Domain knowledge of banking industry
Good communication, interpersonal and selling skills
Efficient customer dealing ability
Proven relationship with the banking industry
