DESIGNATION: Supply Chain -Management Trainee (for fresher) and for experienced (Jr. Officer/Officer depending on experience)
REQUIREMENT: 2
JOB LOCATION: Hetauda

JOB DUTIES:

• Material & Vendor Management
• Building differentiation for Raw Material Cost/Packing Material Cost/Total Material Cost for company through structured negotiation and right benchmarking of the rates with local and international relevant mkt
• Formulating and evaluating the contracts
• Responsible for Raw Material/Packing Material inventory, inflation, Material cost, service of Raw Material/Packing Material, vendor service levels, payment performance to vendors
• Safeguarding company's interest in dealing with vendor/companies/contractors etc. all the time
• Critical negotiation, Supplier evaluation, Interviewing with vendor
• Negotiation of various contracts, maintaining and reviewing of records, collaboration with staff members, Conflict management etc.

EXPERIENCE : 2 years experience is preferred; We also encourage freshers to apply.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

• *Having basic understanding of cost accounting may be desirable * * Understanding of macro and micro economic factors that may influence commodity/chemical prices
• Understanding of supply-demand, price sensitivity
• Statistically Competent
• Ability to lead the team and take up the role of dept. head whenever the need arises
• System/ Process & Detail Oriented
• Fairly diplomatic and transparent and should know which style to be used when
• Analytically sound, critical thinker and emotionally balanced

• Able to learn from the team & lead the team
• Good Communication and negotiation skills
