Management Trainees

Essential Criteria:

  • Master's degree in Management/ Economics/ Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent from recognized university with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3.25 at the post.
  • Excellent Communication skills in Nepali & English both written and spoken.
  • Leadership, team player, self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Age not more than 28 years.
  • The post would require Management Trainee to be posted in anyone of the present/future branches of the Development Bank Limited.
