Job Description
Responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel and contractors, providing guidance, and ensuring that maintenance work is completed on time and to a high standard.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures for equipment and facilities to ensure that they are properly maintained, repaired, and upgraded.
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. They must also ensure that all maintenance personnel follow safety procedures while performing their tasks.
Monitor equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and take corrective action as necessary.
Diagnose problems related to utilities (DG, PLCs, and Sewage treatment plant, Water treatment, Air Compressor, firefighting equipment, electrical suppliers, chiller and others).
