Job Description
Responsible for maintenance and repair of company facilities, equipment’s and machinery. Also managing maintenance staffs, developing and implementing maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining accurate records.
Verify maintenance logs,report and check sheets on daily activities done by maintenance officer/operator
Develop and implement maintenance procedures for equipment and facilities to ensure that they are properly maintained, repaired, and upgraded.
Follow maintenance types like scheduled, preventive, corrective and predictive
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. They must also ensure that all maintenance personnel follow safety procedures while performing their tasks.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulation, environmental policies and practices.
Provide all trainings related to safety and hazards, equipment and machine operation and its maintenance.
Monitor equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and take corrective action as necessary.
Diagnose problems related to utilities (DG, PLCs, and Sewage treatment plant, Water treatment, Air Compressor, firefighting equipment, electrical suppliers, chiller and others).
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment repair history, and responsible for spare parts, spare tools and other necessary items inventory.
Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost effective utilization of resources.
Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technology to improve maintenance operations and suggest management the best changes and upgradation regarding energy cost reduction and control through effective monitoring of machine performance and operation schedules.
Job Specification
Basic skills on Autocad and MS Office
Problem solving and decision making.
B. tech/ BE in Mechanical Engineering.
4 years + experience in automobile or Manufacturing industries.
