WHH is operational in Nepal since 2012, and currently managing different project in nine districts under three program thematic areas (sectors): food and nutrition security; right to food and empowerment; and disaster risk reduction and reconstruction. WHH Nepal will be managing Restoring Food & Nutrition Security and Building Resilient Livelihoods in Earthquake Affected Area project in Dhading district with an objective to enhance agricultural production, nutritional awareness, and income generation through cash/ food for work; and together with its partner in the district (RIMS – Resource Identification and Management Society), we are looking candidates for various positions to manage the project. Please note that these positions are subject to final signing of partnership agreement with the donor
Logistics Officer:
Supports in field level procurement, material distribution, maintaining records of supply materials, and follow-up. Ensures quality control of inputs, material and equipment. Warehouse monitoring and technical support. The candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/or Administration with 3 years’ experience on supply chain management.
All positions are district-based and contract will initially be of six months (November 2016 – April 2017), and will be extended further if funding continues. The selected candidates are expected to join the organization within one week after selection notice.
Salary and benefits will be as per WHH’s General Terms and Conditions for National Staff of Nepal.
