This position will work on legal and compliance issues for the company as well as its clients. Understanding of Corporate Secretarial practices and Government of Nepal compliance requirements will be preferred. Writing and typing in Devanagri script is a highly preferred skill for this position. A minimum of 1 year relevant experience is a prerequisite and international qualifications/exposure desirable.
