Job Description

Maintaining the correct follow up and documentation of the items in the warehouse and the in/out flow of items from / to the warehouse.

Making sure that each donation is stacked separately & not mixing in the warehouse or on paper – keep them separate.

Preparing the shipments and filling out the in country transportation documents (Waybills, packing lists).
-
Responsible to collect the shipping documents when the transportation is done. Should track the waybills until they are back.

Making sure the warehouse is clean at all times.

Ensuring correct ventilation of the warehouse & circulation between items.

Different commodity class items should be store adequately.

Ability to work effeciently and effectively

Ability to complete paperwork and count stock items

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

An understanding of health and safety regulations

Honesty and reliability

Willingness to work on a flexible basis
