Ensure the service department operates to the highest possible standards at all times delivering value for money for the customers and excellent training opportunities for the employees.
Ensure well functioning of all the tools, equipments/ machine and the asset of the workshop and notify for the maintenance/repair as required.
Sign and daily monitoring of cleaning log of service center infrastructure, machinery, working floor, Toilets and others.
Monitoring the day to day/operational activity in the service center ensuring the functional activity of the all concerned department.
Ensure that all vehicle repair and other work is carried out within an operational framework and to a standard that meets or exceeds all relevant legislation, good practice guidelines and delivers first class customer service.
Ensuring of meeting objectives, ensuring CSI targets and operating standards are achieved
Ensure price lists and charge out rates are kept up to date at all times
Job Specification
Qualification & Experience
B.E having at least second division from recognized university
Aleast 4 years of experience in field of commercial vehicle
Should have independently handled workshop management
Should be effective communication and reporting skills
