Monitor and record employee time sheets, leave requests, lunch timing and fuel usage.
Coordinate with the HR Department for the documentation of office personnel and personnel activities such as official visit, advance, training and performance evaluations.
Handle HRIS within the branch scope.
Jointly work with HR on training, interviews, induction, and exit.
Monitor and ensure company's code of conduct is followed by all the employees in the branch.
Administer the Employee Medical Insurance, Accidental Insurance, CIT and PF.
Report on timely manner in regards to attendance & other HR context as prescribed by corporate HR.
Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, supplies and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
Perform general clerical duties including typing and composing memos, letters and general correspondence from written and dictated material.
Overseeing smooth running of HR-related and administrative tasks.
Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
