Maintain Customer Relationship Management system to track and record details of international sales.
Communicate in English via phone/video call with international customer leads and track progress of leads toward confirmed sales.
Analyze Purnaa’s international communications activity and recommend a strategy for maximum reach.
Create rich and creative content for a website, social media, blogs, and e-mail newsletters that are optimized for search engines and cultivates an active audience.
Create opportunities for customers to connect with Purnaa's mission and story through touchpoints on products like labels and tags, online content, marketing collateral, or other creative means.
Selection Method/Criteria: Shortlisting upon evaluating minimum qualification, experience, and skill of candidates and will be called for the interview.
Must be an expert in international/cross-cultural communications applied to business development, marketing, and sales management of sewn products such as yoga or sports apparel and accessories.
Needs experience in implementing targeted communication campaigns for a Western audience to include social media, blogging, e-mail marketing, and search engine optimization.
Must have excellent written and spoken English to communicate with international teams and customers.
