Trace, Cut Out, and Label Patterns that have been Graded by the Pattern Maker.
Create POMs as assigned
Assist Pattern Markes in Sewing samples
Gather supplies and cut any necessary pieces for samples. Store all materials in an orderly manner. Record material in stock system accurately.
Assist in setting up machines for Sample Sewing
Sew Salesman Samples as assigned
Ensure your team areas are kept clean and orderly. Help maintain Purnaa Sample Rooms; ensure the sample spaces are orderly and clean, items properly labeled, and samples kept in good condition.
Regularly work toward growing English language skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing), especially in areas that pertain directly to your work, such as sewing processes, tech packs, sampling forms, pattern making, communicating with Project Managers, etc
Assist Production teams/QC when required.
Job Specification
To assist Pattern Makers to create patterns and sew product samples in an accurate and timely manner so that each product properly reflects the requirements communicated from the customer.
Working Hrs: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. ½ day Sundays when work is remaining from previous week. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
