1. Checking new vendor and customer PAN/VAT registration and address details. Check filers and non-filers and report to seniors
2. Checking selling rates & purchase rates against previous documents and report any discrepancies
3. Checking expense vouchers to standards prepared by supervisors and report any discrepancies
4. Getting the customer and vendor reconciliation signed and stamped on a bi-annual basis
5. Verifying every month if our suppliers/customers are filers or not and report any discrepancies to seniors
6. Preparing and reporting of party ledgers
7. Analyzing and reporting of customer and vendor ageing
8. Any additional work given by seniors as and when required
1. Fluent in both English and Nepali
2. Should be able to understand accounting software
3. Sound knowledge of MS Office, Internet, & Email
4. Should be good in Nepali as well as English typing
5. Should be able to work under pressure
6. Should have good communication skills
7. Should have mathematical and calculations skills
