To ensure correct HR management for all ICRC national staff in Nepal
To manage recruitments, supervise monthly payroll, exits and other regular HR tasks
To assure correct and timely implementation of HR policies and procedures
To follow-up on the training path of the employees
To support ICRC Administrators in their HR tasks. ‘-'s
To maintain a relevant and updated network of HR interlocutors
Experience
University degree with minimum of six years' professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the non-profit sector and coordination skills
Excellent interpersonal, supervisory • Solution oriented with capacity to find mutual agreement and practical approaches
Knowledge of labour laws & practice
Rigorous and trustful person, with exemplary conduct and treating information confidentially
Your profile
Strong management and team leading skills
Ability to think strategically and coordinate with a variety of contacts
Strongly motivated by delivering excellent HR services to all ICRC staff
Ready to travel within Nepal and to other countries of the region
Excellent command in English, computer skills, communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
The interested candidates should be highly organized and creative with the ability to work under tight deadlines, and to deal with different suppliers and people. Team spirit and interest in humanitarian work is a must.
