Job Description
Hula Iron Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, self-driver and proactive Human Resource Officer (HR) professional to join our team. S/he will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive guidance on all HR matters for dedicated areas of the business.
Role and Responsibilities
Assisting the General Manager with HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant policies and procedures.
Providing advice in relation to employee performance
Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job advertisement, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
Orientation to new employees by providing information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Assist and conduct timely performance appraisal and recommend salary revisions and recommendations
Leave and payroll Management
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time
Job Specification
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification in human resource management. Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Human Resource Department.
Be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable
Bring progressive approaches to HR practices for organizational transformation
Have problem solving skills to deal with disputes, grievances and staffing problems
