Education: Candidates must have minimum of bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in computer science or Bachelor's in computer application or equivalent degree in IT related subject from a recognized university with minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Knowledge/Skills & Abilities:
• Head the Overall IT Team and manage IT department.
• Manage/oversee projects in relation to operation, maintenance and up-gradation of IT infrastructure, software In use and IT security solutions.
• Take ownership of Disaster Recovery Plan and to take key role in Business Continuity Plan.
• Liaise with the application, hardware and Database vendors and support team.
• Liaise with the payment networks for maintenance and enhancement of network connectivity and uninterrupted services.
• Risk Management of IT infrastructure and Implement, develop, upgrade IT security policies and procedures.
• Implement, develop and upgrade IT operation policies and procedures.
• Supervise and maintenance of Website.
• Implementation and maintenance of PCI DS5 and PCI PIN requirements and any IT mandates/certifications as per requirement.
• Analyzing requirements /targets and proposing budgets for operation and new developments in IT department.
• Represent IT department in Management meeting/decisions on devising new product/policy/application.
• Age should not exceed 45 Years as on the published date.
