Job Description

Job Title : IT Support

Job Type : Full Time (with Flexible Time schedule)

Education: Candidates must have minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in Computer or Bachelor in Computer Application or equivalent degree in IT related subject from a recognized university. Age not exceeding 30 years

Experience:

  • Fresher just graduated from college with some experience preferred.
  • Socially adept, driven and motivated by results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about IT/ NETWORK /CLOUD
  • Sound knowledge in switch, router, firewall system configuration and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of Oracle & SQL, Linux /Unix Operating systems / VM-Ware / Windows Server & Active Directory administration.
  • Preferred to have experience with networks security platforms / tools / processes / best practices and technologies being used in corporates.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Knowledge of PCIDSS is a plus.
