Job Description

  • Work as Head of Department.
  • Promptly respond  to guests requests in a considerate, professional and positive manner
  • Follow up to ensure amenities are delivered as specified
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Specification

  • Must have pleasing personality and the ability to handle all kinds of people. 
  • Ability to work as Head of Department.
  • Cheerful disposition, quick reflexes, and a positive attitude. 
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi are must.
  • Knowledge of a common foreign language like Chinese, German, French, or Spanish is an added advantage.
