Job Description

  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures 
  • Ensuring  legal compliance throughout human resource managements
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
  • Preparing and maintaining pay plan and benefits program including salary sheet

Job Specification

  • Proven working experience as HR Asst. Manager / HR executive
  • In-depth knowledge of Nepal labor law and Regulations
  • Leadership Skill
  • Experience in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
