Graphic / Webpage Designing Mid Level

Job Description

• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites by coordinating with copywriters; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, animations, manipulating digital photographs, etc
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type and style, and related aesthetic concepts
• Proofreading content and making changes where necessary
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Protects site by designing and installing security precautions
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, and sales to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data

Job Specification

• Bachelor in Information Technology or relevant subjects
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Copywriting
• Graphic / Web Design and Strategy
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
