Position: Financial Manager (Position period: 2 years)

Location: Sindhupalchwok (Accommodation provided)

Job Description: JNAV is seeking to hire an energetic. detail-oriented and self-motivated Professional Finance Manager, with great numeracy skills and the strength to work under pressure and in a rural setting. We are an innovative organization that practices outcome-oriented horizontal-management: if you believe in traditional management. we might not be made for you. and you may feel disoriented with our non-traditional methodologies. Roles and responsibilities:

1. Planning and Implementing. You will:

  • Be involved in different areas and projects, each one with own finance management and reporting.

  • Train, guide, and control the finance activities of each project.

  • Provide Efficient Cost-Control, monitoring expenses, providing alternatives to reduce costs

  • In-charge to pay staffs' salary, counting leave and calculating exact amounts.

  • Reconcile bank statements, verifying balances in account books.

  • Prepare financial forecast for each project, giving a short and medium-term assessment of risks.

2. Reporting

  • Manage the Statutory Reporting, ensuring that our work and procedures complies laws

  • Generate reports for international partners, according to their style and need.

  • Submit each month the progress report highlighting eventual difficulties and the proposed ways to resolve the same.

  • Keep all records In a safe place, ensuring confidentiality.

3. Essential requirements:

  • Fluent Verbal and Written English

  • Computer well-literate with knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or Management or any related field (Master is preferred).

  • Possess high numeracy skills. Your test of critical thinking ability will include' addition, subtraction, division.multiplication.percentage.reading tables and graphs.

  • Two-wheeler with driving license preferred.
