Job Description

  • Handle and manage loan files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Follow the recovery procedure to collect EMIs from customers.
  • Follow up default client and visit home if required to resolve overdue payments.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and dealers to ensure smooth loan and recovery processes.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to encourage loan settlement or ensure timely EMI payments.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports detailing loan and recovery activities.

Job Specification

  • Willingness to work flexible hours as per the job's demands.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license
